2. There is weather information all over the internet. Why should I pay for it?

The weather information you find on the internet is primarily centered on one main location in a nearby city and only gives you a high and a low. While this information can be benificial, many companies need forecasts that are not only specific to their locality but also in more detail than a simple high and low temperature. We can tailor forecasts for our clients that address the needs of their specific locations and give forecasts down to the hour.

In addition, some of the zip code based forecasts you will find utilize a single computer model to give an idea of what will happen with the weather. A meteorologist will often look at a half-dozen or more computer models and interepret what is correct, incorrect, and also use their own knowledge of the weather to give you a much more reliable forecast. Plus, we also utilize our revolutionaray LRC weather theory to make forecasts even more accurate.

When weather is critical to your business, we are your meteorologists on-call!

3. I have access to radar already. Why can't I do my own weather monitoring?

While radar is an important tool, many variables go into the proper evalution of a weather situation that can dramaticaly change the impact to your business. Evolution of snow events, thunderstorms, and everything in between goes well beyond watching the radar. Plus, radar can often be deceiving. For example: Precipitation can often appear over a location on radar, but in reality it isn't reaching the ground. This called virga. During the winter, it not unusual for virga to last for several hours before snow actually reaches the ground. If your business involved deploying snow removal crews and you relied solely on radar, you would end up paying for them to wait.

Plus, you likely have many more important things to do in your business than watch the weather all day. We become your eyes to the sky and can contact you when weather threatens.
